Video Stream Tester helps engineers and camera integrators quickly check whether a stream URL can play in the browser, which player path should be used, and what conversion is needed when the browser cannot direct-play the protocol.

Playable formats

HLS/m3u8, HTTP-FLV, WS-FLV, MP4 and WebM can be tested with browser-side playback paths.

Clear boundaries

RTSP, RTMP and SRT are identified and diagnosed, but require server-side conversion.

Privacy-first testing

Stream URLs are processed in the browser and are not intentionally stored by the public testing tool.
